Coronavirus (COVID-19) Delivery Advice

Please be advised, due to the ongoing global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), our deliver times may be longer than usual, depending on each country’s situation and restrictions. We are doing our best to deliver your order on time, however we may experience delays along the way as we try to keep everyone safe.

We will send you an email when your order has been dispatched. Here is below a rough guide for our delivery times, fees and methods.

  • United Kingdom: approximately 7-12 working days

  • The EU and EFTA states: approximately 7-12 working days

  • USA / Canada: approximately 7-12 working days

  • Rest of the World: approximately 10-15 working days

delivery charges:

  • United Kingdom £3.99 per order

  • The EU / EFTA states: £3.99 per order

  • USA / Canada: £3.99 per order

  • Rest of the World: £5.99 per order

Please note that the delivery times above are estimates only and not guaranteed.

All our books and greeting cards are signed for deliveries from the UK.

Clothing, accessories, household items and posters are being shipped with tracking by an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Depending on where the customer is based, these orders are printed and shipped from the location that can do it most efficiently.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. Please check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

International shipments are passed to local delivery partners who are then responsible for delivery to the destination address.

Currently, we do not ship to Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria.

All import and export costs, customs fees, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over the length of time your order will be held at customs for clearance and suggest that you contact your local customs office directly for further information.

About returns

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. To help us resolve the issue, please email us at info@anticomedy.net with the photos of the damaged product, order number, and any other details about the order.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to their given delivery address.

Please contact us at info@anticomedy.net before returning any products. We do not refund or exchange print-on-demand products, such as clothing, household, accessories and posters, for buyer’s remorse.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore Anticomedy Ltd reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
